Clemson Coach, Kentucky Staffer 'Had To Be Separated' Before Bowl Game

Tensions are already high before Friday's Gator Bowl in Jacksonville between Clemson and Kentucky.

Clemson defensive tackle coach Nick Eason and a Kentucky staffer got into it during pregame warmups and had to be separated.

The incident happened a little over an hour before kickoff.

Even though these two teams don't play each other often, it's obvious that they don't like each other.

They're also only separated by six hours.

Clemson is trying to end its 2023 season at 9-4 after winning eight of 12 regular season games.

The program struggled out of the gate but was able to rebound down the stretch.

Kentucky is trying to finish 8-5 after going 7-5 during the regular season.

It had wins over Louisville, Mississippi State, Florida, Vanderbilt, etc.

Kickoff is set for Noon ET and it'll be nationally televised by ESPN.
